I’m Punky!

I am an artist, introvert, wife, mom, sister, nerd, gamer, foodie, gentle parent, true crime enthusiast, reptile loving, smartass, photographer. I come off as quite reserved because small talk honestly exhausts me; I am an observer, and I prefer deep conversation and letting my art speak for me. Despite being different from most people in my West End community, I love being here and enjoy the connections I’ve made with all of my peers and neighbors.

I am a mother to a 13-year-old daughter, she is quite the artist herself, particularly with sketch art. She is my most featured model and she sure is a great subject! My wife is a retired veteran and a pistol of a woman, on her Harley Davidson who comes from the great city of Miami, Florida. In addition to my humanoids, I also have 2 dogs, a bearded dragon, and a cat.

My small family consists of my wife, daughter, fur babies, and 3 siblings who I would do anything for. My beloved father passed in March 2023 at the young age of 50 and I have no relationship with my mother. I have spent most of my life in a state of flight or flight and I think that my journey to “normal” has greatly contributed to some of my inspirations in the art world. I do a lot of work related to self-image, identity, raw emotion, fear, serendipity, healing, growth, and more. My sobriety is also an important part of my journey, and I am glad to be breaking the generational cycles in my lineage. That’s right, this weird artistic style is 100% me and my weird mind, no intoxication required.

I hope to continue to grow as an artist and particularly invest myself into fine art. I love working with and for people within the photography field doing portraits, advertising, and more, but the fine arts are my true passion. I want people to look at my work and think…
